  • I would tell you how the windows turned out, but we didn't even make it that far in the process. I'm sure based on reviews they have a great product, but their sales representative was about a half hour late and refused to do business with my wife unless I was home as well. Their company policy is that they will only work with a customer if both members of the household are present. Not everyone will be in our situation, but requiring both homeowners to be present in the daytime on a weekday is a pretty unrealistic request for us. We left this situation feeling pressured and disappointed.
