  • Rather disappointed with my most recent stay here. I usually stay at Caesar's properties but decided to give MGM a shot on my most recent trip to Vegas. The water went out to the room for close to an hour. Not a good thing when you are in the shower! The elevator system also needs work. One of the elevator doors was not completely closing all the way allowing people to see outside. I called down to the front desk letting them know people were getting off concerned with their safety. 2 days later, nothing changed. Management should know what is going on. Very disappointing.
