  • I contacted groupon and the salon itself with no result. I still have the lashes on and have to pay to have them professionally removed as nothing at home worked not even adhesive remover from the beauty supply store. Upon inspecting the area in which some lashes fell, I noticed my lashes were clumped together. She applied 1 false lash for every few natural lashes which caused glue clumps. No wonder it took 15 minutes. I will report her to the BBB and will be calling the appropriate governing authority to see that she nevers does this again in the name of a quick buck.
