My experience starts out with us looking at a used truck that was from another dealership. I reached out to John Senter, as he was referred by MANY Anthem residents for his service and professionalism, to ask some questions I had. Mind you he was not the one selling the truck. After talking with him I decided to not move forward with the sale and he met me at the Dealership (on his day off I might add) to look at what they had used.
We drove a couple and just didn't have quite the right truck so we agreed to follow up in a week to see what came in. We did drive a new 1500 but it was out of our monthly budget.
He later contacted me with another option that fit our needs and we discussed it further.
We returned to the store and signed the papers for our new 2018 1500 and couldn't be happier. They got me a great deal with the rebates and incentives and there was NO BS pressure or games (thankfully!)
I love my new truck and would recommend John Anderson and especially John Senter to anyone looking for a comfortable, no pressure sales experience.
P.S. We bought our old 2005 Ram 1500 here as the second owners in 2008 when it was Still Power Dodge.
