  • Great food, nice atmosphere, cozy decor, TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is what it really comes down to. Which is such a let down considering how impressed with their food I was. My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a late dinner and as soon we walked in it seemed promising, they were prompt to seat us and checked if we were ready to order a few minutes after being seated, our waitress even recommended a few dishes for us. However, after we ordered and received our food our service stopped. No one came to check on us, and after we were done eating we continued to wait another half hour until our waitress finally realized we had stopped eating. So even though their food was good, I give them 3 stars for poor service, I believe service is a huge thing in the restaurant industry and if it sucks the staff needs to be retrained. I'll probably go back, but not for a long while. I can find better Korean food with better customer service elsewhere.
