I'm writing this review based on my experience on November 20, 2015. I've gone to Pink Nails plenty of times before and never had an experience like this one until now. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist. I asked if they had time to do a full set to which she replied yes. It looked pretty busy with all nail technicians occupied with the exception of one. She sat me down and said he was available (he was sitting in the last chair toward the break room area). He was playing a game on his phone when I sat down. He started to do my nails and he continued to play as he glued the nails onto my nails... I thought he would put it away when it came to drilling but I was WRONG! He continued to play as he drilled on my nails with one time burning the side of my finger! I said ouch! That hurt! That was very dangerous of him to do And he did not say a word nor did it look like he cared. I then told him to be careful and made a comment about his phone. He put it away and continued to do my nails. By then I felt uncomfortable. I felt like getting up and leaving. I had somewhere to be and could not leave with my nails looking half done. My nails looked crooked, the gel nail polish looked like it was wrinkling up.. I made comments about it but again he did not care and all he said "they'll be fine."
I've tried to get in contact with the manager but he or she is never around. They have taken my number down twice and they said he/she will give me a call. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I've also tried to contact through Instagram and no luck. So, I finally decided to write my review because it seems like they don't care about customer concerns.
