  • I went in to this store on feb 11th to pick out an arrangement for my wife on Valentines day. The lady working there went through all the details of the arrangement (6 red roses and 4 white lillys, $100 delivered). My wife rec'd 2 yellow roses and 2 lillys. She was very disappointed as they were not what I promised her and returned the flowers on her way home from work. I spoke to JoAnn later that evening and she wasn't even apologetic, but did admit after I insisted she look up the order, which she moaned about as I was causing her too much trouble, that they indeed sent the wrong order. She said she would refund my credit card payment. 6 days later, I checked my credit card statement and guess what, no credit. Another phone call, she claimed she had no idea who I was. Called Mastercard, explained everything to them and they gave me a credit. Long story short, they are dishonest, uncaring and will not see another penny from me. Too bad, I like to do business with local people.
