  • Finally popbar in AZ! The concept is pretty awesome. 1. You choose your gelato flavored bar 2. You have an option to dip it in chocolate (dark, milk, white, caramel?) 3. You have an option to dip it in toppings. My friends and I were extremely excited that a location opened up here in AZ but of course it was still almost an hour drive for us to get here. This place is different from the California locations that I'm used to. They pre-dipped some bar which is annoying because what if I didn't want that chocolate on my bar? I feel like it limits my option even further. I guess since they just opened up, they are still trying to figure things out but the dip bar was extremely messy. Chocolate and toppings were everywhere. The workers there definitely did not master the dipping process yet. Will likely return but maybe give them some time first to figure things out.
