  • Very disappointed with Prema Sai. Booked a time in their flotation tank a week ago. They called to confirm my appointment yesterday (the day before my appointment). This mornign they called to tell me they had to cancel my appointment because that location is not open today. They could not explain to me why the location was not open. They don't seem to get that the flotation tank is about relaxation and de-stressing. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner, I was told that they were on vacation and not available but "someone" would call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. This also happened 2 weeks ago when a family member had a float booked. They called 30 minutes before the appointment and asked to re-schedule. I would not return to Prema Sai.
