  • I came into the 7240 W Azure Dr location today with a 10am appointment. I was helped by a young lady named Bri. Unfortunately they were out of vehicles. There was a customer who was completely irate and belittled the staff as they were trying to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. All of the staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional even when yet another customer began getting ignorant and yelling at them. I was rushed to another location where I was given a 3 level upgrade as well as a discount for my wait! (Which was roughly only about a half hour). I asked how they were able to restrain themselves from yelling at the customers in return who were hurling insults at them left and right, and I was told it was because the company and staff puts a great deal of value on their customer service no matter what the situation. I would highly recommend them!
