  • BEST VICTORIA'S SECRET EVER!! I'm a basic VS fan, and when it's Semi Annual time, I *might* get a little too excited for my pocketbook's good; when you're restocking the essentials with new boobie holders, it's hard to not be a kid in a candy store. I generally find the customer service at VS stores to be adequate, but nothing special or exemplary. This store will knock your socks off with their knowledgeable, friendly, and HELPFUL professionals. On the floor, Evelyn was so proactive and attentive to all guests, connecting with everyone who came in and offering support if anyone needed help looking for a particular item. In the past, I have asked for a fitting and received the most perfunctory (and detached) of fittings more than once. This store offered several times and when one bra didn't fit right bra superhero VIVIAN was immediately there for the rescue! When she decided I should try a new cup size, she cleared out the plethora of bras I had already collected, replaced as many as she could in the correct size, AND had even more options! Vivian then helped me on the floor to find other bras on special and gave me some insider tips on finding a bra online they didn't have in store. And that's just her superstar customer service; Vivian's enthusiasm for helping women look and feel their best radiates from her infectiously warm personality. Her smile was always beaming while she passionately worked, you'll never feel like a bother or "needy" because she is so willing to help and offer suggestions. She makes you feel like the most important customer in the world and I left feeling as though I had made a new friend. I live in southern Henderson and will gladly drive across town for the next semi annual sale to enjoy the outstanding service and attention to detail this store and it's team provide. Thank you again Vivian! Your unmatched standard of service has left a very lasting impression and you have personally earned a customer for life!
