  • Not even 2 minutes from walking in and an employee was very rude to me. An Old African American lady at guest services infront of the north tower entrance, was talking on her personal phone. I went up to the desk to wait patiently until she was ready to help me, 2 min after looking at me she put her phone down slightly and said "what you want!?" I told her, you mean how can I help you? She continued to be a smartass so went to find other help. On top of it the room smells like old wet carpet.
