  • I submitted a request for a quote on Yelp. In less than five minutes I get a call from Jeff. We arranged a time for his man to be at the house. Frank was here on time. He explained why I was having the noises and gave me my options. I chose to have the rollers replaced and he did the work and he lubricated all of the door's moving parts. He also showed me what parts I needed to lubricate quarterly to keep it running smoothly. He was here less than 30 minutes. It was fun watching someone who is a professional and knows what they are doing. All of this was while my wife was at her yoga class. She gets home and closes the garage door behind her. "Honey, something is strange with the garage door. It doesn't sound like it used to. What happened to all the noises?" :-)
