  • I have been working with this store and had a few issues with what we agree on in the store and what they actually do. I did the iPhone 7 free upgrade if I give them my old iPhone 6. Then now they are charging me for the iPhone 7 every month and kept my old iPhone 6 which I could have sold for around $500 dollars at the time. I even have signed paper work showing it. Now I just got a voice message saying they won't being giving me my credit for the iPhone 7 and they will send me $100 gift card. I don't know what planet they are on but I will not settle for this.
