I usually have a good experience at AMC rainbow after all it's just a movie theater and I don't spect a lot. This time however there was a group of really disrespectful girls that kept talking and acting unladylike. I of curse didn't want to be confrontational as to not escalate an already bad experience so I decided instead to tell the theater workers. The theater clams to have a zero tolerance on cellphone use as well as people being loud and disruptive so I thought they would take care of the problem, I was wrong. The workers didn't do anything and the only thing I accomplished was missing 5 crucial minutes of the movie witch it's how long it took me to walk to the front to make my complain. I understand that workers don't have any control on people but I wish they would at least pretended to care.
