  • I am only giving one star because Allie really tries. I had issues with the mechanic and after speaking to the owner, Don and asking him to call Trek directly I never spoke to him again. He does not care about his customers at all. He never called Trek as promised and never returned my phone calls. He has no clue that to run a successful business one has to at least respond to the customer. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars in that store and they will not get one more dime. Thoroughly disgusted by his treatment of me and my bike. I tell all of my biking friends the story and encourage them to go elsewhere. Others in my bike club have also been disgusted by the lack of service and now go to other shops. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs!
