I got a promo package for Facial, Mani, Pedi and Massage. The mani and pedi was okay, nothing special but I do question how clean this spa is since during one of my appointments I saw a client who just finished a pedi take off the paper flip flops and one of them people who worked there just put them back into the basket with the rest of the paper flip flops instead of throwing them out or sanitizing them.
The massage was relaxing but also nothing special. It was done by the owner and not a massage therapist. It was relaxing but not something I would pay money for again.
The 30min facial was by far the most disappointing, they just rubbed a cleansing oil on my face and massaged for a bit then washed it off, toned my face and let me go. No threading like it said on the package, no extractions which I consider to be part of any basic facial and no mask unless you pay the $40 upgrade. They didn't even moisturize my face so I got home with my face drier and in a worse condition than when I went in. I had on eyeliner that day and I went home looking like a raccoon. When I got home and wiped my face with micellar water and a cotton pad, a lot of make up came off on the cotton pad (I only wore BB cream that day, not a full face of heavy makeup).
It is also very difficult to book an appointment with them. They say they close at 6 but if you try to book an appointment after 4:30 they will try to change your appointment or rush you when you are there. I had my appointment changed 3 times, and had the lights turned off on me while I was waiting for my nails to dry and person waiting already had her coat on and her keys out standing at the door.
