  • I had long distrusted this chain (lots of bad experiences in the past), until we came here for car service (we moved to the area last Spring, so we've had to find lots of area businesses and services). We've had an oil change and smog check for my husband's car and recently, yesterday, a smog check for my car, $9.99. Both experiences were good and fast (it wasn't a long wait). There were other customers but it wasn't crowded, which was surprising (it was a weekend when we visited the first time). The young lady at the front desk is really personable, very nice to customers, and interacts with the customers as if she likes her job and dealing with the public (it's rare, nowadays with customer service, sad to say it, so when you come across who is not the norm, you notice it). I can't remember her name but she is the real deal. Oh, and she wasn't pushy about suggested additional service. And all the other employees were courteous too. (It is nice when you don't deal with rude people.) The location is clean, the lobby is clean, the waiting area is clean, and the bathroom is clean. There were tv's showing sports and it was comfortable. When you come across an honest car service company, it's a keeper. Impressive and refreshing.
