  • Our dishwasher was making a horrible grinding sound when we finally gave in and called Apex Repair. Mr Song arrived promptly and found the pump motor had loosened a mounting nut/bolt, something. When he could have easily charged us for a new pump, Mr Song installed a shim and apologized for having to charge us for the service call. He even went so far as to give us a 90 day call-back credit. If the racket starts again he will give us credit for the service call. Man, it is so refreshing to encounter and honest repair professional. You can rest assured, whatever appliance gives up the ghost and needs fixing, there is only one man we will call for the repair ! !
