  • If your looking for a rental company stay far away from this one! It's so awful ! They do not protect you from homeowners associations, they nickel and dime you . The home wasn't painted , they did touch up but left it with white blotches all over the home ! Fireplace doesn't work , they claim they cannot fix it the part doesn't exist lol . The home is at best 12 - 14 years old . In less than 6 months they want to walk through your home for what they claim is ( checking on home care ) no privacy . That's normal when your lease is up for resigning. With so many rental properties out there this is by far one of the worst from renters point of view . We're living there while searching for a home to purchase but it's a nightmare. Terra west and this company and awful ! Expect them to email you often and expect fines out your ears ! RETHINK IT . Read reviews ! Harassment is an understatement. Take photos upon move in ! Protect yourself.
