  • I am a board member and a resident owner of a condo complex overseen by The Management Trust. We have been utilizing their services for a couple of years. The Management Trust and especially the invaluable assistance of Lisa Pritchard was a good decision for our board and community. The Management Trust's efforts along with Lisa Pritchard's help was one of the major factors that enabled us to turn our condo complex into what it is today. It's a work in progress but one that is ongoing. There has been and still is an open and ongoing dialogue via phone calls, emails, texts and in person response when needed. Prompt and courteous actions are taken in a timely fashion. Their contract was recently renewed.
