  • Sales was ok. Usual drama. Numbers game, getting screwed on your trade, etc. etc. off to finance where the nightmare begins. 2 weeks after signing I am told I need to come in and sign a new document. Take time out of my work day and drive over there for them to tell me that not only do you need to sign this we need another thousand dollars. We had your pay off wrong. Week 3 my trade in loan is still not paid off and can't get ahold of the "finance manager". Have left 3 messages. No return calls. Call and get put on hold and end up talking it people at their Phoenix location who just yell that they don't have anyone by that name... What a nightmare. Would not recommend and will not purchase from again!
