  • The stay here was good they fell short for not recognizing my elite status with hotel. The hotel is nicely located there is a spa and inhouse restaurant which was good and packed. Be aware overnight parking was $6. Parking is usually free in this area. Breakfast free was good but very busy. The room was spacious 2 bed suite. Good amenities and wifi was good. We were honoured the late checkout at 1pm there usually checkout was 12pm. We had the maid walk into the room at 11am even with the do not disturb sign located in front she saw us sleeping and asked us when we were going to leave she had to clean I was annoyed and told front desk and they said oops mistake which was okay, 12pm get a call from front desk asking us what time are we leaving I was like I requested for 1pm and it was confirmed why are you calling I was annoyed and at this rate had to tell front desk off upon check out, write a not so nice email to mariott reviews board and move on. I have to say if you just drive 3 minutes away to the residence markham inn now they have their stuff altogether better value better service free parking there
