  • My SO's desktop PC stopped communicating with his peripherals, becoming unusable. We took it in for diagnosis and learned that the motherboard was a goner. 3rd time this has happened with HP desktops. We bought a Dell immediately and our hero at the Mint Hill shop loaded the new hard drive from the old one. We were up and running again THE SAME DAY! No data loss, no lengthy setup, no tears! I will not hesitate to use them again for my IT needs. Consider them highly recommended!
