  • I would recommend Flamingo to any pet owner with a dog under 50lbs. The newly rennovated GO rooms were clean and perfect for my family and our pet. Flamingo provided a pet relief area, a beautiful park, and a coffee shop with a patio that were perfect places for our ENTIRE family (including our dog) to venture around and enjoy. The other hotel guests and staff were extremely friendly during our entire stay, which didn't surprise me the dog is a big hit with the ladies. The only issue we encountered was with a couple employees during check in but what could've ruined our entire experience was recovered by a security guard named Kenny who went above and beyond what was even asked of him and a Front Service Operations Manager named Raina who took the time to listen and address the our concerns. Both employees could have ignored us or ignored the situation all together but instead ensured our stay was met with exceptional guest service. Thanks Flamingo, see you again soon.
