  • This is my first baby and wish I would have gone ANYWHERE but here. I agree with many of the negative posts on here regarding the Ultrasound tech. My first Ultrasound I did not see anything and the tech seemed rushed because she had just come from lunch or something. My second Ultrasound she was also rushed and it took less than 7 minutes. Overall, less than 10 minutes per Ultrasound. I'm not a professional, but I seriously can't imagine that by the chance there was something wrong that you could find it in less than 10 minutes of looking, not to mention how the mom and dad of the new baby feel about not really getting to see this miracle... I also agree with the negative post stating that they see a different doctor every time. (Amanda A. it must be nice that your PA was actually AVAILABLE during the times that you needed to see her. Mine, as well as many other women's doctors were not. Don't be so quick to judge that it was our fault for not asking.) I personally DID ask and got told that the 1st doctor that I had been seeing was "very popular" so scheduling with her was a VERY difficult experience so I changed doctors only to find out that the next doctor that I really liked was moving practices with no notice. After that, I have been seeing "nurse practitioners". I gave this place a good run now at 5 1/2 months pregnant with my first baby I am having to find a new doctor office/practice which I am NOT happy about. When I first did research on Valley Women for Women they had pretty good reviews online, in the past few months those rating have plummeted. Some more complaints about this practice are as follows. I had a good job when I first got pregnant then the morning sickness set in. I called and called and tried remedy after stupid non-working remedy that this place advised me to try and it took 2 weeks before my second trimester (when the morning sickness stops) for them to prescribe me a medicine to help which it did and it was so nice! Unfortunately by that time my job was fed up with me being sick all the time since my morning sickness was all day instead of just in the morning, so I was let go. Getting these people on the phone is another complaint all together. Each time I called for the morning sickness or for a question it was a game of phone tag. When you are at work and need something or have a concern you should not have to leave a message every single time then, wait all day to hear back from them. EVERYTHING about this place has been difficult so much so that it has made my pregnancy plain miserable. I am terrified now to even schedule an appointment with another doctor at another office/practice in fear that the experience will end up like this one. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
