  • Oh wow. Where do I start??? Let me start by saying that if I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start, I signed up to be a member because I get my lashes done very frequently. I walked in WITH my son to sign up to be a member. Process took about 20 min because I have questions to ask. Mind you, I'm there for my first full set. WITH MY 5 year old at my side. I had already made arrangements to have him picked up before my appointment started (but he usually goes with me because he does VERY well sitting and waiting for me). Not once did she say anything about my son not being able to go back with me. Second appointment comes and I, AGAIN, bring my son with me. Only this time around not even 5 seconds walking through the door before I can confirm my appointment, the girl at the front desk is already saying she can't help me with my son. Something that no one bothered to tell me when I was originally there signing up to be a member with my son with me. The actual lash techs are horrible. They straight up tell you they have "more experienced lash techs or newer ones" yet you're going to pay the same price all around even if he lash tech they assign you is new and is a lot slower and doesn't manage to get as many lashes on you in the 2 hour time frame they give you. They tell you to not get your lashes wet for 24 hours. Cool. Did that. They all fell off when I went to put a shirt on. Went back for a fill and tried to go 48 hours without getting them wet. Nope. Didn't help. I called to cancel my membership because this place is GARBAGE. They sent me a cancellation form to fill out. 2 months go by and I log in to my bank account to see my statements. This place has been charging my account for 2 months. I called the lash studio to see what's going on and the manager says "she lost my email" I forward them the email I sent all the way back in July and contact the manager again and she "can't seem to find my email but kind of remembers what the situation is" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I asked for an immediate refund. Her words were "as a courtesy I can refund the money from last month" THATS NOT A COURTESY. you guys INCORRECTLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND YOURE COURTESY IS TO REFUND ME MY MONEY YOU WERENT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE ??? Garbage ass place. Save yourself the time and money and find yourself a different place to get your lashes done. This place and its staff are a complete joke.
