  • Recently I booked a room for the weekend for a staycation here, and was beyond pleased with the room and hotel staff. The decor of the junior suite was extremely nice! Brent who was the night auditor I believe?...not too sure. But, he was working when I had ventured to the front desk and inquired about getting an ice bucket and recommendations for restaurants to eat around the area. He was very personable and didn't hesitate to offer assistance. He also held an actual conversation with my boyfriend and I, not the typical annoyed and short response some hotel staff have had in the past. It's reassuring when the staff makes their customers feel welcomed, genuinely. Needless to say we will be returning customers in the future.
