  • This was my second time staying here and will be my last!!! The pool bar service was the worst I had to wait an hour for nachos that I ordered and I had to get a manager, then the manager gave me cold soggy nachos and didn't even apologize. Then I ordered a drink and the waitress just flat forgot, she said "oh sorry sooo you don't want the drink?" We said something to the front desk managers upon checkout and all they said was sorry. I was so disappointed. Avoid spending your hard earned money.
