  • Unfortunately I never made it out to the restaurant, but the replacement is adorable. My mom had a gift certificate for Rosander (the restaurant), and they graciously let us use it at the ice cream shop. So we had a little celebratory trip (I just got a promotion at work), that included ribs, the greek fest, puppies, and ICE CREAM. I had a black cherry float (black cherry ice cream and black cherry soda) and it was awesome! They didn't even question my mom when she came up with her weird concoction of a sundae (I think it had like, ten components). In fact, the Rosanders are super nice and are totally willing to answer any questions (and we had quite a few!). We ate outside and enjoyed the awesome weather, and took home some cotton candy and caramel corn. Yum! I've been back since, and am totally looking forward to taking the kids I babysit!
