  • I went to receive money thru western union that my family sent me. I walked in and was greeted by a staff member and asked her for a pen she immediately said they were not cashing western union orders and I asked if it was a certain amount they would she looked too her manager and said no. So instead of me knowing before walking in I had to deal with the issue of being told no for a service they off let and their system was not down. They are just being lazy but my whole issue was just put a note on the door. It's the holiday season why not do what you offer. I'm not a fan of having to drive around and waste gas cause you guys are lazy and then she had nerve to ask if I wanted too put the money on my Netspend card for $2 fee so not only are you not willing to do what your offer is but want me too spend money with your establishment.
