  • I brought in a broken part from our salt water system and they did not have it, which is OK, I don't expect them to have everything. I showed them the part and they ordered it for me. A week or so later, when I went to pick it up, it was not the right part. I told them it was not the right part and the manager became visibly angered and said to me in a rude tone, "this is what you told us to order." She did return it, however. I really did not like how I was treated during the transaction. I try not to go in this store, unless I'm really in a bind and can't go outside of town. The few time I do go in, the male owner is extremely pushy and tries to sell me items I don't need or want.
