  • DO NOT order your flowers from this place. I ordered three arrangements for Mother's day. I called the place to make sure that photos on their website match the real arrangements. They assured me that photos are their own and my arrangements will look exactly the same including vases. Well... they DID NOT look like the photos on their website at all. They changed flowers and vases. Also, they were way smaller than what they had on their website. I sent an email to the shop to explain the situation and ask for a refund. They emailed back to me and basically told me that they tried their best to accommodate my needs on busy Mother's day schedule. I emailed them again with photos of flowers that they delivered and ask them to compare the ones on their website. I never heard back from them. Very disappointed with service, quality of flowers, and most of all, those photos on their website are very deceiving. I will never use them ever again. Oh!!! Also, like other people I placed my order two weeks before Mother's day. They delivered my flower after 4pm. My poor mother in law and two aunts thought that we forgot about them. :(
