  • I highly recommend this office! The front office staff, chiropractor and massage therapist are professional and welcoming! I've been to this Fairview Park office several times when I've visited the Cleveland area. I've tried about 7 different chiropractors over the years for neck and back injuries, so I have quite a few experiences to compare to. After consulting with Dr. Bob about my body pain, he first guided me through a warm up, which was a nice surprise. He was easy-going and seemed knowledgeable about how to treat me. The adjustments he made for my neck and back were exactly what I needed. Based on his demeanor, knowledge and adjustments, I've recommended him to family and now to you! I've also had a massage with Jessica. There's an awesome deal for the first massage, so give them a call! After a long flight, in addition to my usual pains, I was experiencing shooting pains emerging from my shoulder and neck. I was having trouble turning my neck when I went in. The massage room was clean and peaceful. It seemed as if Jessica could read my mind (or my body). She was very strong and gave me an incredible deep tissue massage, as requested. When I left, I could turn my neck and the shooting pains were almost completely gone! They also have a convenient online booking system. It was nice to choose my own appointment and see the prices in front of me. They take credit cards and allow you to add the massage tip to the card if preferred, or simply use cash. The chiro was covered by insurance which the front office processed quite efficiently. I heard the office is relocating to Westlake sometime soon. I'm excited to try it the next time I'm in town.
