  • I recently had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. The place as a whole is amazing for kids ages 2-10 I'd say. My ONLY complaint is how rushed we felt in the party room from the moment we got there to the end. I booked the room for $300 from 2-4pm. I was told I could come set up up to 15 min before 2pm. They helped bring my stuff in and offered to help decorate. She said we must be out by 4pm and that includes packing up. So start packing by 3:40...so really you get less than 2hrs to enjoy your party. They kept coming in asking if we were ready to cut our cake yet, like every 15-20min; as if they were afraid we'd do it too late and run over 4pm. We were out by 4pm, but at 4:30 they hadn't even touched the room to prepare for a next party if they had one...I assumed maybe that's why they were rushing us. I'd bring my kids back there because it's a great place, but I wouldn't throw another party there. For $300 I expect to get my whole 2hrs, and enjoy it without being rushed every 20 min. We had a party last year and Kids Planet, and they were more than welcoming.
