  • Totally dishonest. First they refused to accept my American Express card, then they delivered my new dryer with a damaged back cover, then it stopped working after 3 uses. They sent a repair man down to fix it and he tells us it's our power source not he dryer and they the dryer was installed poorly with a kinked exhaust hose that is too long. I called the owner to get back my old dryer which it turns out is perfectly fine and he tells me it has been disposed of. Hard to believe that they would just throw away what turns out to be a perfectly good working dryer. Bottom line is the owner told me I could come down at my inconvenience and switch payment cards since what they did is against the law, I told him that was unacceptable, it should have been accepted the day I was there. He then said I'm sorry, I told him was going to file a consumer complaint with the AG about the credit card and he told me to do what I want. Never once did he try to rectify the issue in a business like manner. Very condescending, not apologetic, he just didn't give a darn that this whole issue happened. My recommendation is STAY AWAY!
