  • Less than 1 star- total rip off do not waste your $ here!!! I never review - this is my first that I had to do because this experience was AWFUL! Went here once for 1.5 hour massage and the girl only did an hour- okay; I prematurely bought a 1 and a 1.5 hour massage groupon to this place so I just used the hour. Recently booked the 1.5 hour, and talked with someone on the phone to confirm the apt- specifically 1.5 hours. Apparently not so when I got there! They were 15 minutes late to start, and stopped 5 minutes short of an hour. When I came out at the end and said something the guy says "oh, I'm sorry the people that I work with here aren't very bright and had you for an hour". Really did he just say hat!. Yes he did. Then says "we'll, I can give you an upgrade service if you buy a membership" what a joke! Not to mention the massage and place is beyond disgusting! When I walked in the massage room there was a towel thrown over this tall book case, like someone just ripped it off and threw it. Thought it was weird but okay. When I open my eyes at the end, that's the towel he had been putting all over me! Gross. Also, no cover for the face hole thing. And the massage, honestly didn't earn the tip that I gave because I was literally rubbed with lotion. I don't need some stranger to do that for me!! At the beginning I said my back hurst, the extent of the massage was pinching my shoulders, and just rubbing me all over- awful!!
