  • After visiting a Chevy dealership in central phoenix and having a horrible time with their sales people and customer service, we decided to go to Van Buick. We were greeted right away and sat with Christian. Christian was amazing. He wasn't pushy or "salesy". He educated us on the car, our options, and at no point made any false promises. He was realistic but definitely tried to ensure a positive experience and made sure we left with the best deal possible. We were slightly high maintenance but that never phased Christian. The dealer off the bat offered thousands more for our trade-in that the first dealership we went to first. They do not penny pinch, and they do not try to upsell you on anything you can't afford. Finance was also a very smooth and easy going process. Thanks to Christian, we'll be returning when we need another vehicle.
