  • Hubbard solidified my fandom once they switched over to Colectivo Coffee a few years ago. Yay and thank youuuuUU!!! :D I have never had a bad or sub-par experience at Hubbard. Whether a pie to-go (shout-out to Jason, the "Pie Guy"!!), cookie to trot, or sit down 2-3 course meal, it's been lovely. My entire family loves dining at Hubbard, and that's a picky lot! Turkey BLT, pancakes, mac and cheese, meatloaf, your basic diner comfort foods are done, and done well! Nurturing nourishment all the way! PS - Please bring lasagna on full-time. I have had dining companions RAVE about it, and you don't serve this Italian blue plate of deliciousness. PPS - I am not sure what other reviewers are talking about in terms of long wait times. I have never experienced more than a 10 minute wait (parties of 5 or less). You keep doing you, Hubbard Ave Diner. We like you just the way you are!
