What an interesting concept for a bar! For a $5 you can play board games to your heart's content. Not a board game person? Nothing to worry about as there are consultants on hand to make recommendations based on your interests. If you are an avid gamer then you'll be in heaven as the walls are lined with tons of board games.
Drink prices are on par for Montreal bars. They also are adequately strong. You could really taste the whisky in my Irish hot chocolate so I felt that I got my money's worth. There is also a decent food menu. The prices are very reasonable but I do wish the portions were slightly bigger. I had the bacon mac and cheese and while it was tasty (and cheesy) I still wasn't full when all was said and done.
It is popular and since it is small it gets crowded very early. I came for happy hour and by 7 or so it was full so come as early as you can. My guess is that weekends are way worse.
