  • I utilized Howard Hanna to manage a property that I owned on the east side of Cleveland. I was initially very happy with their services until I found out that they were less than honest with repairs and the cost for those repairs. On top of that, they also do not follow up on the quality of the repairs, or in some cases, see that the repair has actually been done. I stupidly assumed that they had my back as a property owner since I was paying their monthly fee to manage my home. WRONG! Think twice about using Howard Hannah's Property Management services if you can't be there to look over their shoulder---I learned the hard way by paying for services that were either not done, or done so poorly that they had to be redone.
