I currently reside at falling water apartments. We paid for a brand new remodeled apartment sight unseen. We traveled with our two small children for 6 days from the east coast. When we finally arrived Shantel (our leasing agent) informed us to sign all paperwork before looking/changing our minds about the 3rd floor ( which is a nightmare to move in to being alone, with no family or friends to help us.) We got here and the only thing remodeled was the fresh paint on the cabinets and new carpet. The cold water didn't work, the washer didn't work, the dishwasher didn't work, there are no lights in any rooms. We have to buy lamps to even see at night. The first time it rained I figured out our bedroom window is not even on the tracks. That was a nice suprise. Shantel has been informed about every concern we have had, she is unsympathetic, rude and not helpful in any way. We have only been here two weeks. She had the knowledge of us traveling so far to get here and still did not give us information when we got here, or make sure our apartment was fully functional. We had to ask her to show us to our apartment! The "FULLY EQUIPPED GYM" consists of two treadmills one of which doesn't work, and a very lacking very old smith machine (weight bench thing). I am disappointed in way business was handled and I hope this review saves someone else the time and frustration from picking what seems to be a "great" place. Shantel is the worst, most impatient, sorry excuse for a leasing agent. We will be done as soon as our lease is up! If not earlier.
