  • This company is not a reputable company. It is not ADT Direct. Tech, Steve, took 2 days and would not complete job and does not respond. Supervisor Raul would not return calls. Tricky and dishonest. BEWARE. Search other reviews online. Also does business under "Protect Your Home" business name. I was boondoggle into thinking they were ADT direct. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU TEST system and zones. Tech Steve plays dumb and only wants you to sign paperwork before testing. Once signed, he and company skips, wont fix problem, and don't respond. Why is ADT Direct still doing business with PYH and Defenders with so many consumers being cheated all around the country by them? I think it is disgraceful that ADT chooses money over good business ethics. Shameful. US AG and Arizona AG should do some serious investigations into this company. Absolutely horrendous and disgusting business practice.
