  • My mother-in-law lives in the greater Cleveland area and I've ordered bouquets from Jindra for Mother's Day and birthdays before, and from the pictures she's sent me they've always met or exceeded expectations. I am writing this review, though, because I had accidentally ordered her a Mother's Day bouquet this year even though she had plans to be out of town. Today, the day before Mother's Day, I called Jindra to try to change the delivery date. I spoke with Patty, who graciously took the time to dig up my order in the midst of today's chaos and ensure that these changes were made without any additional charges. I was impressed how calm, kind, and friendly she was given she is working on a Saturday and it's the busiest day of their year. After experiencing such wonderful customer service, I don't think I can ever go back to ordering through Teleflora, ProFlowers, etc. If you are seeking to order flowers for someone in the greater Cleveland area, I would strongly recommend Jindra!
