  • My HVAC unit was blowing warm air, and it was 90 degrees outside, and I have an elderly person living with me. It was Sunday afternoon, and I needed help fast. So, I called Climatech in Denver, NC, because it was close to my home. I got the answering service, gave them my name and phone number, and they assured me the tech would call me immediately. Over 2 hrs later, a tech named Ryan did call, and made some excuse about being in a neighbors attic, and didn't notice the call out. I told him not to bother, I already contacted someone else, and why would I want a tech working on my HVAC unit who can't even check his phone when on duty. Stay FAR AWAY from this group..
