  • I would give this place a negative 5 star if I could. We are currently sitting in what seems like a sauna. So my party of over 30 people is having a birthday party at Fantasy Fair as I write this review. We used to come here all the time in the early 2000s and the kids loved it. Today, I took my kids here after 10 years and holy effing sh*t!!!! There is no A/C. Apparently new management took over a year ago and refuse to fix the A/C. How is this allowed to happen? How the city hasn't shit this health hazard down already is beyond me. The staff at Fantasy Fair didn't tell our party about the A/C issue, obviously to avoid losing business. This type of unethical business conduct is why retail is dying. The temperature outside today Sunday, June 11th is 33°C. Imagine what it feels like inside with hundreds of people running around. I'm thoroughly appalled by the management of this facility and everyone who works within it to allow this to continue for as long as it has. I will be writing to the city and health department to find out what is going on.
