  • This is a quality bakery. I grew up with a lot of Portuguese breads, buns and bolo (cake) in Cape Town and can recognize GOOD Portuguese food - including baked goods. Custard tarts - best pastry shells I have had for a long time. YELLOW corn bread - what a find! And something that resembled a large "English muffin", but sweet - apparently a Portuguese specialty. The ladies behind the counter are no-nonsense, down to earth people. Don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out. Choose your items, pay and bye bye till next time. I was VERY impressed with this place. Thank God I don't live in Mississauga or close by otherwise I'd be there every day ... good place. OBRIGADO AMIGOS!!!
