  • I have tried to come back here as I used to love this place but I find it's hit or miss with service. I just got a gel mani on 7/20. As of 7/25 over 1/2 of them are lifting. I wasn't happy with the lady while she did them as she burned me and did not do what asked for shape or color. On 7/26 I called them to see if I could come in this weekend to get them fixed as I just had surgery today and can't drive until Sunday. I was told if I want them fixed I need to come today despite me trying to tell the "manager" I can't drive. She also told me I would have to see the same lady to fix them or I'd have to pay. I spent over an hour having a poor gel manicure by the nail tech no way will I go back to have her waste my time and fix them and clearly since I can't drive they can't be fixed anyway. I have been getting gel manicures for years and I have to say the times I go back to Tips and Toes the quality is either great or horrible. I'm officially done no 4th chance here. I'm taking my business to Gainey Nails
