  • From when I first purchased my car I have had nothing but problems. I bought the car last June and the transmission was had known problems by Ford. The dealership did not think they should have let me known this. I went in to have it fixed and had to fight with the dealership on getting a rental covered. While they were fixing the car I also asked for an oil change, well when I picked up the car they forgot to do the oil change. A few months later my car wouldn't start for a transmission issue. They were able to fix this in a day but did not have friendly service. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I go the car. I was told when I purchased the car I would have the option to trade it in for something I wanted after 6 months of purchase, which was a lie told by the sales man because the time I have tried to trade it in the manager said they would help me out and i have never heard back from them. Well here I am again a few months after the car just being repaired and the car is having issues starting again. I am having a hard time actually believing now that I can trade in this car like I was originally promised by the sale man at Rodeo Ford. Do not go here they will not give you all the facts on their cars being sold and will tell you what they need to make the sale. Poor customer service. I don't even want to take my car here for any types of service, I couldn't even get a return car from the manager. This shows a lot about the company.
