  • As a young professional relocating to Phoenix was a huge challenge - trying to find a beautiful, but safe community near everything Phoenix had to offer! This was the place! Nicole did a wonderful job helping us with paperwork, deposits, moving from afar and also having our unit available/ ready when we arrived! The complex and unit was everything we'd hoped for! Loved it so much we moved into the loft upstairs a few months later! Management does a great job taking care of needs quickly - and bonus points for being friendly and accessible to all residents! Never have problems with mail pickups and the fitness center/ pool is always clean (though I wish it was heated!). Gas grills onsite for cooking/ entertaining and complex is pet (and people) friendly! I love that neighbors say hello and that the complex is full of other young professionals (no college/ party go-ers here!). I'm amazed at the horrible reviews of this place because you can clearly tell they are bitter ex-residents who likely got evicted or couldn't meet the expectations of such a nice complex in the heart of the city! Local restaurants nearby have become a favorite!
